Why we built this

Classic if-then email rules break the moment senders rename, marketing copy changes, or a new client comes onboard. We wanted email sorting that thinks like you — a plain-English description of what a folder is for, applied by an LLM, with a single click to undo any decision. That's AI Email Filter.

We are an opinionated product:

  • Bring your own LLM. Run OpenAI, Anthropic, or a self-hosted model — your data flow, your choice.
  • Header-only persistence. Subject, sender and date are stored long-term for History/Undo. Email bodies are never persisted.
  • Reversible by design. Every classification is logged and reversible in one click.
  • Works with what you have. Gmail, Outlook, Mailcow, any IMAP host.
